Refund Policy

1. General Policy

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all StreamEnhancer Premium subscriptions. If you are not satisfied, request a full refund within 7 days of purchase.

2. How to Request a Refund

Email us at the address listed in the Chrome Web Store listing with:

• Your subscription ID (found in your Creem receipt email)
• The email address used for purchase
• Reason for the refund request (optional but helpful)

Refunds typically process within 3-5 business days.

3. Post-Refund

After a refund is processed, your Premium features will be deactivated and your subscription will not auto-renew. You will continue to have access to free features.

4. Creem-Handled Refunds

If you are unable to reach us, Creem also provides a dispute resolution process. Contact Creem support with your receipt, and they will escalate if we do not respond within 7 days.

5. Exceptions

Refunds beyond 7 days are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Chargebacks filed without contacting us first may result in account suspension.
