By installing and using StreamEnhancer ("the Extension"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, uninstall the Extension.

2. Description of Service

StreamEnhancer is a browser extension that provides video playback controls (speed adjustment, intro skipping, subtitle enhancement) on supported streaming platforms. All functionality operates locally in your browser.

3. User Obligations

• You must have valid subscriptions to the streaming services you use with StreamEnhancer
• You agree not to use StreamEnhancer to violate any platform's terms of service regarding copyright or DRM circumvention
• You are responsible for ensuring StreamEnhancer is compatible with your browser version

4. Premium Subscriptions

• Premium features require an active paid subscription
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
• Payment processing is handled by Creem. See our Refund Policy for details
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with notice

5. Intellectual Property

StreamEnhancer code, design, and branding are owned by the developer. The Extension does not claim ownership of any streaming platform content, trademarks, or copyrighted material.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

StreamEnhancer is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, and functionality may be affected by changes to third-party streaming platforms.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, StreamEnhancer's developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Extension.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to StreamEnhancer Premium for violations of these terms or suspected fraudulent activity.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
